This Friday, April 21st we will have a meeting at 5:00pm so I can give you guys an update (although not much has changed) on the Trip, and inform you guys of what is going to be payed and how.
We will also be requiring the First Payment, which should be of $100, due at or before the Dead Day Meeting on May 5th.
If you are unable to attend this meeting, do not worry, you are not required to do so, but you'll miss some details about the economics of the trip. If you can't go, please tell somebody from the trip to tell you what happened after the meeting.
Also, I will wait until everybody that is not going to the trip gets out of the room before starting.
